The deal is good for the price but they will try to convince you to buy a whole year membership or personal training instead. The classes are great but the cleanliness is not looked after much especially towards the evening. No paper towels to clean the machines, washrooms are dirty and the floor is usually wet which can make you slip. But again you get what you pay for.

The customer service needs work, the reception does not seem well informed or know how to interact with customers and the facility is a bit on the small side. The prices for a membership are a bit outrageous, so to avoid getting locked in a contract I decided to buy the groupon for two months.

Registering was great! Staff were warm, equipment is good and there is a range of classes. You do have to pay the tax but it isn't significant. Def recommend the downtown location
