Acapulco Cafe, Torrance

Established in 1954, Acapulco Cafe's kitchen has housed generations of cooks, who introduced generations of Americans to classic Mexican cooking. The menu contains many familiar items—nachos, tacos, and burritos—all crafted from treasured family recipes. More recently, the kitchen staff invented the Party burrito, a giant-sized roll-up capable of feeding a dozen hungry folks or one giant who skipped breakfast and lunch.
