The staff there were very indifferent. Keep in mind this is also a doctors office so there were about 10 people in the waiting room when I got there and so had to wait. The aesthetician that performed my facial said nothing the entire time other than “lay down” and “we’re done”. The facial was maybe 15-20min and more painful than I expected. She didn’t explain anything about what she would be doing or what I should expect or what to do afterwards. Just a very uncomfortable experience. Also parking $1.50 every 15min and no they do not validate
