The flight was great and our pilot Donovan was amazing. BUT. The whole purchasing and booking experience was a nightmare. Their email communication is just terrible. They won’t answer any questions or provide any details until you send them your voucher and pay the extra $100 in facility fees. I literally had to use FBI negotiation techniques to even find out how much those facility fees are prior to sending the voucher. Not to mention the response time could be anywhere from 6 to 20 hours. Do better people.

Extremely disappointed so I purchase this Groupon and first thing I called them to schedule my flight. There number keeps saying user busy and I try for two days same thing. Then I email them to schedule my flight they ask me for a copy of my voucher and what time I want to come in. After I send that they email back saying I have to pay extra $139.99. My voucher says redeemed and I never redeemed.
