wonderful experience...front desk asked what type of massage was requested and explained the differences between the offerings when I called to make the appointment The information helped me determine the type of massage I would receive. Massage therapist was attentive and professional asking if pressure was appropriate. Two appointments, two different masseuses; both good in their own way..no pressure to buy the massage package, only a recommendation which was very nice. The offer was explained, but not a hard sell, in your face type, which was nice after a great massage. I will go back

Terrible customer service, every time I called I had different info, not honest and representative on the front desk was very rude, you pay for 1 hour massage, than I was told their one hour is 50 minutes and massage was 40 minutes only, but they ask for high tip, really for that service, never ever again. Also Groupon offer 2 one hour massage, than I was told I have to pay there $69, I rather loose money than go back.
