Amanda - I addressed all your concerns in our consultation, which you stated your biggest concern was red vessels on your nose. I not only treated those, but also addressed the many red vessels on both sides of your face which I treated. I explained everything in detail at the time of your appointment that it takes a minimum of three treatments to treat red and brown issues.. I showed you your before and after pictures results. You were very happy and at that time and we scheduled you for a follow up appointment. I also explained that you would not see full results for 30 days. Unfortunately, a few days after the appt you canceled the follow-up appt. I can not fix a problem over a text message if you decline to come back in so I can address those concerns which I explained we needed to wait 30 days. Again after all the explanations, I provided you then texted me stating that I was not addressing your problem and for me not to reply back to you. Unfortunately, your decision to cancel the follow-up appt is your choice to not allow me to address your concern. Again, I will state if you will come in I can address your concern.
