The receptionist is very friendly and the area is very clean, the only thing that I feel a little disappointed in is the offer had rotation of tires, I recognize the rings when I arrive at the place, when I get home, I could see the rings in the same place. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Easy appointment scheduling, good communication and service. Included with the oil change, Meineke also rotated the tires. Outstanding.

Not as expected! Was told I had to pay $14.00 extra for an oil filter. I replied that wasn't in the Groupon ad. Was told it was in the fine print and that was an industry standard I challenged that and was told I could be provided a filter for $7.00 which I accepted since I had already paid for and applied the Groupon offer which was very good. This seemed like a bait and switch tactic.
