I was told it would take up to 2 hours and he would call me when ready. After wsiting 2 hours went back to kiosk. he was working with another customer stated it was ready an hour ago, however never called. Wasted a hour

I went once and the guy who does the repairs wasn't even there that day; I went back a few days later (when he was scheduled) and they were out of screens for my model of iPad. The repair itself was fine, but definitely call ahead to schedule your appointment.
