Whether capturing images of magical weddings or flashy cars, Levi Lopez wants to get every picture just right. This is why he schedules pre-session consultations, during which cameraman and subject can discuss ideas for hair and makeup styling, clothing, and poses. Though the pro can mount his camera at his studio or any location, his favorite place to shoot is outdoors about two hours before sunset, as he finds it bathes subjects in a more flattering light and avoids running into jealous Renaissance portrait painters on their lunch breaks.
