Very disappointed that when i called to make the appointment, I was told all of Groupon appointments were taken. I then had to make an appointment after the expiration of the Groupon, causing me to lose the value of why I got the Groupon in the first place. They should not have sold so many Groupons if they could not meet the appointments.
Secondly, I expected to pay the difference between my Groupon paid price and the cost of the Man/Pedi, however, when I went in I was told it would be an additional $30 (the Groupon cost $22). That would make the value of the Mani/Pedi $52, however according to their website and the actual Groupon, they charge non-Groupon customers $45, so I paid an addtional $7 for buying the Groupon.

When I was there, one of the workers was having a problem with a company (personal business, I think) and she was very loud and disrubtive to the others who were at the salon...

A more professional environment and the employees should have the appropriate tools for their job (i.e. if you are providing pedicures, there should be an actual pedicure chair).
