Plane was down when I went to use the Groupon instructor told us to reschedule however Covid hit. I tried messaging them, but couldn't get a reply I'm still interested in using the Groupon I purchased

Thank you for your feedback, but we aren’t going to fly anyone on an airplane that isn’t considered in operational condition. We will never compromise safety for convenience. Additionally, we have multiple airplanes, and the only cancellations we’ve incurred over the last year have been due to weather, and not “broken” airplanes.

Very poor experience. The Groupon went past it's expiration date, and Envi redeemed it on that date. When I called and asked for a refund, the person answering the phone said that it could not be done, and only the credit could be used when I finally decided to fly. I explained that this was not likely due to the person I bought for being diagnosed with advanced cancer. I was told to call back when the owner was there to see if he could do something. I called back, and this time it was a pilot that said, he also could not do anything, but leave a message for the owner. I again did not hear back. I left several messages with Groupon, and did their customer support messaging twice. They also ended it, by saying they needed to hear back from Envi first before they could do anything. So here I am, out $220. The actual experience of flying might be amazing, but I will never know. Customer service F-.

All refund requests for Groupon vouchers need to be requests through Groupon by contacting their customer support via phone or email, after which they will contact us. In this situation, we were not contacted by Groupon to verify a refund request. Additionally, your expired voucher is still valid to be used for services by contacting us to schedule your flight experience.
