Very unprofessional. Very hard to locate. Seats were still soaking wet when I had received the car. Associates had my keys next up on somebody else’s. A lot of smearing on the window. Fairly poorly done

Trying to refund currently. Their Clinton Township location has been closed. Had to reschedule an interior detail and I made sure to call one week before my original appointment to reschedule. They told me they had to call back to set up new appointment. 1 week went by I called to follow up and they said someone will be calling me Monday to reschedule. It is now been 2 weeks and no call.

After purchasing Detailing I called the location a few times to set up an appointment but never got a return call. Now I hear the are no loner open for that location. 😟😡

I purchased the complete detail for my wife's car and had to wait 3 weeks to get in on their schedule for a Saturday which I was fine with. They redeemed my Groupon the day I called to schedule even though the job wasn't done yet. They also never gave me a time to come in either so I had to call the day of. They never touched the exterior of the car and he blamed Groupon. Interior looked good.
