Very kind owner, great scalp massage, but he was pretty rough with my hair brushing and styling it.

Wouldn’t recommend. I purchased a $20 groupon for haircut and blow dry but I was asked to pay $25 additional cost for the haircut alone. On top of that the haircut was horrible. I walk out looking like a zombie. Now I need to wait a few months until I can go out without a hat!

I finally got an appointment booked after trying to call 20 times and scheduled an appointment for a women's haircut. I walked in and the salon does not have any products with salon quality names, just bottles with the salons sticker on it. The place is not very clean and the owner smelled of cigarette smoke. When I told him that I was looking for a trim (3-4 in) off of my hair and layers, he told me that I would be charged an additional $18 due to hair length and style requested after I told him I had a Groupon. He told me that Groupon was only paying him 40% or something like that and told me that for his time and work, he has to charge me more to make it fair for him (the Groupon I purchased was for $50). This means that the value of the haircut would need to be $68 for a trim at an off brand salon. He told me that I would be paying the extra charge if I wanted the service so I asked for a refund.
