Have had just a couple classes but so far both Adam and Mo are great trainers and they work closely with you to customize your workout.

It was a little intimidating going back to the gym especially when it is associated with CrossFit, but Adam McHale, one of the trainers is so nice and will accommodate any needs or issues you might have to make it an enjoyable experience. You will definitely be sore the next day, but it is the trainers and friendly group of people that will make you come back. I would highly recommend.
