The PLACE is hurting the actual service/staff. A ticking clock should not be present in a massage room, a blanket would be preferable to a towel, an eye mask that stays with you when you turn over and unfortunately, the hardest to change is the acoustics. I could hear other clients!!!! I could hear them as if they were in my room. Not relaxing at all. Rooms need to be more private, but I saw walls did not go up to ceilings. Too bad.

i waited 25 minutes before i decided to start knocking on the employee only door. was about to leave and woohoo, there was someone in the employee only secret door. massage was rough and i do like a deep massage. normal price for the massage i got is $90! would not go again if i had no groupon coupon

They arrived late to open, leaving me to wait out in my car for 10 minutes, the space was FREEZING because they hadn't been there to turn on the heat (NOT what you would want when getting a massage). This would all have been fine if the massage was really good, but not only was it mediocre, I was left with a kink in my neck that was not there before I went.
