I had an appt. with Norma, the owner, but when I got there, someone else, who was quite new gave me partial highlights and haircut. She did a fabulous job on the color, but the cut is uneven and I was there for nearly 4 hours. Norma told her to charge me extra for beach waves rather than just straightening which I believe takes about the same amount of time. Paid more than I would normally for a Groupon like this and shampoo was not thorough, no scalp massage and I walked out with quite damp hair at the scalp. My hair is long and thick but normally this is a two hour job.
