1. The facility is a very small room, and the attendant remained in the room as my wife undressed. 2. The face rest was dirty and the attendant said a previous customer soiled it.. but she still did not bother to change it. 3. The attendant was not personable to say the least--no more than 5 words were spoken 4. The deep tissue massage was mostly achieved by use of a cheap roller 5. Before anyone purchases this massage I recommend that they demand to see a certification of the practitioner
