I stopped in few mins of session , i mentioned to her and we agreed to stop the session as didnt feel she had listening space , when looking for clarification she will take it as are refuting her words etc. we didnt see it will be helpful continuing on

Following a throat cancer diagnosis I had wretched panic and anxiety and felt desperate for a little relief.The 90 minute session consisted of about 5 minutes of “hypnotherapy” and 45 minutes of aggressively telling me up about sugar and sugar substitutes and how they are responsible for my anxiety, 15 minutes rushed teaching the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is free and widely available on YouTube, and the rest of the time was her attempt to sell more sessions. She became frustrated with me for not paying attention and she was insulted when I asked to move on from the diet lesson. As other reviewers said, this woman is a combative and arrogant. I don’t go to dieticians for hypnosis and I didn’t go to her for a diet lecture.

Great session. She is very informative.
