the management of Bella is NON-existant. I did find a gal in Bella that did an exxellent job on cutting my hair. But the place is so poorly run. No one knows what someone else is doing, no one answers the phone, THe stylist talk bad about the owner. Very unprofessional.

Took forever to have partial highlight done...literally 3+ hours.The place was very dirty, and they over booked so most of time i sat there waiting. terrible hair job too. didn't match my existing highlight color at all!!!

When I walk into a salon, I would like to have it be a clean establishment. The hairdresser walked away during my haircut to attend to another persons question.

The worst haircut EVER! Inexperienced young woman. Certainly tried to do her best based on request but just didn't know how.
