Very nice and knowledgeable staff, I recommend upgrading to a better bed (level 2 or higher) as the level 1 really didn't do well for me.

Very good experience, although I am concerned about breathing in the tanning spray vapors during the session. Other than that the customer rep was great as is the resulting tan!
