Noelle's Spa at Garden of Eden Healing Salon, Tucson

Almost impossible to make an appointment.

I never redeemed this. I made an appointment and showed up to be locked out of the salon. I made calls to the numbers on the Groupon. A woman stated she had to take some time off work as she needed "a break" and would honor expired Groupons when she came back. I'd like to mention I received a confirmation the day before of my appointment. Just then a lady opened the salon door. I explained why I was there. She told me that Noelle had not worked there in months. She had an alternative phone number for Noelle which she refused to providd. She called Noelle and text her. Noelle never responded. Groupon refused to refund my money so I filed a complaint with my credit card company and was refunded. Obviously there's going to be another issue now as Noelle redeemed my Groupon. Beware, she takes your money and doesn't show or work where she says on the Groupon.

I had an amazing first experience with a Brazilian Wax. She put me right at ease. I'll most certainly be returning!

Awful organization. Didn't even remember I was coming in. Had me rescheduled for a bikini, not a Brazilian.
