Natural light flows freely through Session Yoga’s wide-open spaces, where a team of equally passionate instructors leads groups through daily sessions of hot power yoga. Available in 60-, 75-, and 90-minute lengths, Session’s classes crank up the heat with temperatures ranging between 85-91 degrees. Despite their varying durations and elevated thermostat readings, each of Session’s classes are open to beginner- through expert-level practitioners.
