Beyond the Gym is dedicated to helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals through the connection of physical therapy services integrated with professionally guided exercise. Our goal is to bridge the gap between health and fitness. When most people are finished with physical therapy, they have no accountability to continue their exercise program due to a lack of equipment or guidance when discharged. At Beyond the Gym there is a seamless transition from being a patient to independence in the gym.
