Gogi Gui Korean Grill, Tulsa

Taking its name from the Korean term for "grilled meat," Gogi Gui Korean Grill specializes in seared beef and pork crafted in traditional and fusion styles. Headed by Chef Saya Xiong, the culinary team whips up classic entrees such as short ribs slathered in housemade galbi sauce. Like all the grill's traditional entrees, the ribs arrive accompanied by four banchan––or sides––including soybean sprouts and pickled cabbage coated in spicy pepper seasoning. Fusion-wise, Gogi Gui's cooks stick to American and Mexican inspirations, from Angus steak burgers crowned with sautéed kimchi to beef or pork bulgogi tacos topped with tangy slaw and queso fresco. The grill also features fusion drinks such as boba teas flavored with lychee and Pepsi products.
