What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only Balanced Body Barre Class offered in Tulsa. Balanced Body Barre focuses on proper alignment, safety and is extremely effective for all levels and ages. Results are accomplished quickly with regular attendance and our Pearl District studio provides an eclectic atmosphere.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our enthusiastic instructors incorporate precise movements that will lift and enhance your target areas, challenge your entire body and leave you wanting more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Love of exercise, especially Pilates and its origin.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people who share an enthusiasm for being healthy, happy and fit. Making exercise FUN!
