Disappointment is an understatement. Never got the paperwork "in the mail" to kick off getting 3 oil changes and everything else as a way of seeing if this mechanic is worth my patronage. So I believe that I've been ripped off by this Auto Care company and would like my money back. Further, I am considering taking some follow on action with the mechanics who are being misrepresented and the FTC or whichever policing agent has purview over these situations.
