Each bowl of poke at Poke Town goes through a five-step process before it's delivered to a customer. It starts with a base of rice—or nacho chips or salad for those looking for non-traditional choice. Then, the bowl is mixed with ingredients, which can be crab meat, avocado, onions, or cucumber. Third, the bowl is given cubes of seafood or, for veggie lovers, tofu. At this point, the bowl is nearing the end of its journey, but it's still in need of some sauce, which includes spicy mayo or poke vinaigrette. Last, but not least, comes the colorful toppings, which dresses up the bowl with edamame, jalapenos, sesame seeds, and more.
