I reported her to the Board of Chiropractic. She precharged me for a years worth of work, I had no idea she did this. I signed up for her little credit card scheme. I stopped going to her before the year was up. Got the billing record, only to find out she charged me for my entire Groupon. The part she offers for free. I called her and asked for my records, never once did she send them.
