Hive Hot Yoga strive to helps clients live a happier, healthier, and more peaceful life. They combine 26 postures of a traditional Bikram practice and Vinyasa that is choreographed to music and immersed in a heated room. Their heated studio helps to warm the muscles and allows to practice deeper and safer. Their vision is to combine both physical and spiritual aspects of practice by exposing clients to the holistic benefits of yoga that allows strengthening ones' mind, body, and spirit.
