What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We offer a clean and friendly environment that also has a children's play area. Egos are not welcome here. We offer a facility where men and women of all performance levels can be pushed to their max with coaches who focus on form and injury prevention.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We use software that allows our clients to track their workouts and nutrition, as well as enables them to see how they compare to others taking the classes. We also send out notification emails for birthdays or if someone hasn't attended in a while.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The owners come from a background of swimming, running, weight-lifting, and gymnastics. They worked as personal trainers with highly regarded training programs. After years of work, they decided to combine efforts and open their own facility.

What do you love most about your job? We enjoy working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, who come together in one place to work on achieving their goals. When those goals are met, we feel freaking awesome!
