Waitress was very nice but she was also the bartender. Not sure if they were understaffed because of groupon making them more busy then usual but I have waitressed for a number of years and they seemed they could have used a second waitress. Also, after waiting about 25 minutes for entree we were told the printer never printed our order and were given a free margarita (what I had been drinking). The lime in my margarita was slimy and old. I got the baby back BBQ chicken (1/2 chx with side of pilaf and cole slaw). The chicken was chewy and after reading the menu it said they barbecue overnight for 12 hrs so I was confused as to why it would have taken another 20+ minutes to get my food.

I ordered a large order of fried pickles $9.95 and we got 7-8 fried spears of pickles. That's over a buck a pickle spear! Then we waited more than 45 minutes for our food. While we waited, people entered and exited and since there is no breezeway the air rushes through the whole room. We overheard a customer near us complain that the last time they were there the order was very wrong. The manager came over and comped' their food for them. Their comped' order was very wrong as well. I ordered a specialty pizza that was missing ingredients. My girlfriend ordered a calzone and was brought out a small pizza. They offered to make a new calzone instead of the pizza but we didn't have 45 more min.
