Class times MUST be changed to allow a few minutes between classes. The clients AND the instructors are affected by classes rushing to set up and return equipment before the next class. This creates a stressful transition before and after class that will definitely prevent me from continuing my membership with this gym. You also need a tanning bed and towel service. Carpets and ceilings can be upgraded.

I only used half the coupon as I am pregnant and had to be on bed rest two weeks after I activated the coupon.
The Personal trainer manager is very helpful and cooperative. Also the gym Manager id a very nice person, although he doesn't respond to his emails at all.
In general it's a nice gym. I recommend it and I am thinking to renew my membership.

Fitness First is just overall a good gym. Great people, great staff, great equipment & great classes. I think I'll stay even when the groupon is up.
