Stay AWAY! So PAINFUL! Previously I had problem with vendor not available for any appointment and not able to redeem coupon. So, this time, I checked the appointment availability online first before purchasing the Groupon. The online appointment feature was very easy to use, but it stops there. I couldn’t re-confirm the appointment by phone, but still arrived on time at the location indicated by Groupon on the date of the appointment. It was a hair salon, and no one knew about the Groupon or microblading service. Finally, someone recall the name and say it was a sub-leaser who moved. I called the number couple more times and was able to reschedule the appointment. This time, no issue with the appointment where Gina apologized for the inconveniences caused, and she was nice. However, she did not draw the eyebrow shape out first and of course mistake was made. The worse part, she ran out of the numbing cream, which you can buy from Amazon for $15. It was a TORTURE! I want my money back!

Gina didn't really explain what she was going to do and it felt like a rush job. The strokes she made are very thick and long. Not a natural look at all. Lucky for me I somewhat have thick brows that it is not too noticeable but again NOTHING like the natural looking photos.

Seemed unprofessional, was late, and wouldn't give me any pain meds. It was extremely painful. But looked good in the end.

I had no problem booking my appointment and was welcomed warmly by Gina. She was very fast as it only took 30 minutes but did not numb my eyebrows so it hurt terribly. I told her what parts I wanted corrected she assured me that they were fine. I didn't receive many instructions for aftercare other than put on cream daily. Overall I was happy with my eyebrows but as I did not receive post care information I began brushing them which caused severe fading after 1 week..
