I usually don't do this, but I'm really upset. I bought my dog, and they measured him, and instead of saying I'll have to pay full price right, then they waited until I came back. One thing I don't like is feeling scammed! I've been going to this place with both my dogs since they opened. But I won't be returning smh!!

Area looks a little shaky. However the staff was professional. My dog smells wonderful. They gave me exactly what I went for. I love the two hour window for pick up after they call. Will be back The parrot on the front is absolutely beautiful!!

I was lost bbn at 1st because they moved across the street but once I located the right place it was a breeze. I signed in, told them what I needed and left. Th eww y bbn called me later and told me my Simba was ready for mlm pick up. He was so excited to see me. I'm satisfied. My 1st time there and I'm happy.
