Had worst time with appt couldn't get pass pulled up got locked out. Told I couldn't try till next day and ticket would be expired since day must be chosen at time of purchase.

I am disappointed in GROUPON not universal studios. Groupon didn’t honor my tickets. Upon arriving to the park I was told that my tickets were redeemed. I had to go to the guest relations desk just to get further annoyed! They could see the tickets weren’t redeemed yet still insisted I purchase directly through them. I tried contacting Groupon several times during this process and the AI chat representative took me on a circle of more confusion! I just want a refund that’s it at this point!

Universal was good but the getting to use the Groupon at the park was a pain. Tickets would not load as it says Groupon was making changes to the website and we could get our tickets to load. Took us about 2 hours to get our tickets from Groupon app , so wasted 2 hours from enjoying the park
