Easy Peasy Detailing, University City

This vendor made me redeem the coupon in order to book an appointment, so I did. We had an appointment scheduled, and he had to reschedule because of weather, which was totally fine. The new appointment time came (about a week later) and he rescheduled again due to weather. Also fine. The day of third appointment time, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out and he said he was still planning on coming but that it would be later than expected. Because of that, I asked if he could come to my work instead of my house because I had to work that evening. My work was still well within his service radius. He never responded, I sent a few follow up messages and he still never responded. I never heard from him again and he has never reached out again to honor my Groupon that I already paid for. I submitted a claim through Groupon to request a refund, and I included screenshots of our entire text conversation. He told Groupon that he had called me and tried to set up an appointment which never happened. I am now out the money and don’t trust him enough to try to rebook, especially after he refused to respond to my messages. I’m submitting a claim with my bank to report this as fraud.

Dudes a scam

I love the fact that they were mobile and came to my house. I love the job they did on my car. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I had to pay more than expected because of how dirty my car was. I wish they would have a solid price no matter how dirty the car is. I understand some vehicles can really be nasty with animals and small children and how long you let the mess pile up so i agreed to the additional cost. All in all the had my car looking brand new

This guy cancelled 3 consecutive appointments. Seemed like a nice enough guy but service was never delivered. Groupon also entirely unhelpful in mediation. Merchant marked Groupon as used without performing service in order to set appointment which was never met. Do yourself a favor and look up Groupon on Reddit.
