My iPad is definitely not working properly. When I use it sideways, the open or close pages does not work. The home button is loose and there are black markings on the right side. Very disappointed overall

Seems they use inferior product replacement parts. Had screen replaced and saw the colors were washed out.I have had screen replaced before and for other Apple products and this phone in particular and never had that problem .On noticing when the girl gave me the phone and I removed the film cover ,I brought it to her attention and she just told me its what we use .Not very happy with the result.

Alexander was great and had my son’s iPhone 6 ready in an hour as promised. He was very nice and helpful. If I ever have phone issues I will definitely return.
