Terrible experience unfortunately. It is a great deal but it is basically impossible to schedule. The lady is very rude who does the scheduling, and not competent. The actual lady who did my facial was very kind and it was an alright facial. For the value it was good for a hydrofacial. But once again, I was scammed by this company because it took months to schedule so I couldn’t get the second one
