massage artist refused to give me my hour (1) one hour as promised.Her excuse was I don't have time want to work on the next customer EARLY. Since I was still at the office no other customer showed up. So she lied about it and I was cheated out of one-half hour of my time. only received one half hour. I was disappointed and she gave me the wrong massage, not the one listed.

As this is my first negative review, I am shocked at the whole statement. I can not recall having EVER cheated or lied in regards to any patient i have treated. Appointments are 50 minutes, hands on, this is clearly stated on the Groupon page. If you are late, the time comes off of your appointed time, not mine.

The masseuse was directly therapeutic, not just surface patting. That was great! The adjustment was surprisingly quick, painless, and amazingingly effective for my pinched spinal nerve. Thanks!
