Nate, the owner, is very unprofessional. Called me and left me VMs about coming in to work out and feeling pressured. very rude and nasty towards women. The workout was great, but I would never go again based upon him.

The atmosphere was very welcoming! Nate, the owner, gives hands on guidance and tips/techniques on form & proper execution of lifts, etc. Jackhammer Strength Training seems to be a great playground for all levels from beginners to experienced. I felt very comfortable, received a stellar workout & I'm looking forward to returning on Wednesday morning @ 0600!
