Thank you for helping me get back into my fitness routine and improve my body/mind connection through a challenging but rewarding form of exercise. I think that Chris is fantastic as a trainer and advisor, and the reaction I see from others in my class reflects the same opinion. Jeremy has a nice demeanor and is exhibits great professionalism when coordinating the administrative side of working out at Dynamic Performance; he answered all of my questions, helped me find the facility, and made sure that there was no request he could not address. I highly recommend Dynamic Performance to anyone in Knox County looking for a rewarding fitness regime. They are wonderful.
