Had 6 full back laser treatments over the course of a year. 6 months after the last treatment, my back went from patchy to completely covered. The treatments actually had the opposite result than intended. I called and told them about it. The lady on the phoned actually laughed and said oh that happens all the time. I asked if there's something they can do or an alternative to try. She had no answers and told me to go to a doctor. This is not the treatment I would expect after spending money on a service that put me in a worse spot than when I started. Completely unprofessional and did not offer any solutions or apologies.
