This was one of the best choices and experiences. I have had with a any weight loss program, so far. I'm down 20+ lbs and still working towards my goal. The Dr was extremely informative. Provided a meal plan, and gave me tips on how to boost the process. Elevate your heart rate and increase you weight loss. I have since returned home and I really wish this was in my home state, so I could continue his program
