WOW! I was very surprised at the relief that I got from floating. However, it was quite weird and took about 10 - 15 minutes to get used to. I got a little sick, but once I sat back up, opened the doors to the pod, and felt the cool air rush in, I started to feel better. I laid back down and before I knew it my float was over. The next day I noticed my body was rejuvenated and the ache and pain that I had were gone. I was told that 2 to 3 floats needed to really feel the full effects of the float. Will definitely schedule my next float, unfortunately this location has closed down and will have to travel to Napa for my next float.

What an amazing float. This was my 4th float. I have a health condition with chronic pain. When I get done with my float, I walk out of the place with no pain. I am able to cut my pain medication in half. I have been doing appointments every 2 weeks Thank you so much.

It was a wonderful peaceful experience floating in the magnesium sulfate bath. I highly recommend this experience, you can find a discount on Groupon to try it out. They also have oxygen with oil at the end plus all amenities like towels, earplugs, shoes, shampoo, conditioner, etc..
