Very disappointed. Only got 2 sessions then Marlene switched to Skin Medica in Benicia. I went for my 3rd appointment, the place was closed. Skin Medica won't honor my remaining 4 sessions because my Groupon has expired now. It's impossible to do 6 laser treatments before it expired. I never got any notification from Marlene that she had moved or wasn't able to make our appointment. Poor business.

They are unorganized and have postponed our appointments numerous times. They moved from Vallejo to Benicia and decided to change office and not even bother to give us the new address. We waited almost 45 minutes and called Marlene and left voice messages. Never heard back. This has been the most frustrating experience ever.

Everything was clean and the practitioner was pleasant. Beyond that nothing she predicted happened. There was no positive change in my skin at all. I was told that it would peel. It never did. Also she didn't offer her a card, she didn't offer a return visit and she didn't offer any kind of deal. Perhaps she just doesn't expect to get return business.
