I had an okay experience. The location is simple and clean. Farah could use some work on her communication skills. If she disagreed with your skincare routine, she talked down to you like you don’t know what you’re doing. She was stingy with the numbing cream. She went over my neck without applying any of it, making half the facial very painful and unpleasant. Despite of the lousy experience, I did see results after a few days. My skin looked and felt smoother. However, I will not return to this place nor will I be recommending it to any family or friends.
