Disorganized and unprofessional. Located in a sketchy area of town.

They make me wait for an hour before they picked me up from the airport. Every time I call them to see where they were they kept on lying to me saying that they coming in a minute (they ended up coming an hour after). If you have the patience to wait you can use their services.. The employees are very unprofessional.. They might have a good service but I didn't experience it, and I will never use their services when I travel..

This was absolutely the worst parking experience I have ever encountered. The woman who picked us up at the airport after we returned from a 22 hour international flight was high on drugs when she drove us back to the parking offices, and suddenly drove her car into the grass median of the JFK Expressway and was heading straight into the oncoming traffic in the other direction if I hadn't screamed at her and woke her from her drugged confusion. When we got back to the "parking lot" (which is really just a number of small lots, or even street parking that these guys leave the cars in while you are away) we found three police cars out front. They were there because the company had been getting complaints about losing cars - one guy was there trying to find his car that had been missing for three days. Another couple had been sitting there two hours waiting for their car to materialize. Our car luckily showed up after a half hour (again, being driven by the drugged attendant) and we were happy to get away from this place with our car and lives still intact. DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE!!!

The picture shown on groupon site is not the actual parking lot picture. This is operated out of a restaurant and seems to be more like a private garage
