I would give zero stars if I could. Karen told me should would have my resume and cover letter ready by July 7th. Despite phone calls and emails to follow up I NEVER received my cover letter or resume.

Terrible Service! It took over a week to get a call back to set up an appointment. When I finally got a call back, it was a brief discussion, where I was told to email my current resume & Cover Letter. I NEVER received my Cover Letter and the Resume was the exact wording I provided with a few lines omitted, and a different format. The resume I got back was not professional at all. You are better off doing it yourself! Beware of this so called Company!
