While the massage was good, I was asked for $15 for sales tax and credit card fees to process the sales tax payment. It is illegal in NYS to separately charge for credit card fees and it is also illegal to charge sales tax based on value of services. I have reported the merchant to Groupon and will not go back.

Groupon states in its Merchant Self-Service Agreement that the merchant "shall be responsible for paying all sales and use taxes related to the goods and services described in the offer." It's not illegal, you purchased a discounted voucher from Groupon, Is it really fair to tax on the full value if only $41 has changed hands---and half of that stayed with Groupon as a service fee and profit.

This was my first masage ever and Val made it do confortable and relaxing. The location is alittle small and parking is tight.But it was worth it.
