I used to love Bloom as much as everyone else, but the last two times I've been there, the service has been lackluster (less time spent on service, grumpy techs and less artistic art) -- not what it used to be. I am sad.

I had a lovely pedicure with Nicole ( A different Nicole from the owner) . Nicole was very friendly , offered me some paint art , which I had forgotten was included , It was a very pleasant hour plus .
